Plated Lunch Menu

The Kentucky Hotbrown: Traditional Kentucky hot brown with toasted bread topped with sliced turkey, and ham and then smothered with a savory mornay sauce, then topped with a slice of tomato, two bacon strips, and then broiled in the oven. Served with freshly buttered broccoli spears.

The Southerner: Two pieces of freshly fried chicken, mashed potatoes with gravy, and broccoli casserole.

Working Lunch: Croissant sandwich made with sliced turkey breast, two strips of bacon, shredded lettuce, tomato slices with mayo and mustard on the side and served with potato chips
