Land and Sea: Beef tenderloin slow-roasted with garlic butter along with balsamic glazed salmon filet, confetti rice, and broccolini.
Peaches and Herbs: Boneless herb-seasoned chicken breast sauteed golden brown then tossed in a delicious sauce made with peach liquor, bourbon, chopped bacon, and heavy cream with red skin mashed potatoes and asparagus.
Homecoming: Crispy deep-fried chicken (white or dark meat) served with collards and mashed potatoes. (macaroni and cheese or potato salad may also be a side)
The Beef: Grilled New York strip steak or Ribeye topped with herb butter and served with pomme frits, sauteed vegetables, and drizzled with a peppercorn sauce.
The Crown: Grilled jumbo shrimp marinated in lemon zest, cilantro, garlic, and olive oil atop of a bed of linguine pasta and julienne veggies tossed in a white wine sauce.
Lamb: Herb-crusted lamb chops with Parmesan souffle potatoes, shaved and sauteed Brussels sprouts with a mint-infused demi-glace.
Whole Hog: Seared and roasted pork loin stuffed with sun-dried tomatoes, bacon, spinach, mushrooms, and pepperoncini served over cornbread stuffing, mixed greens seasoned with smoked pork hocks and a drizzle of pork aujus.
Return of The Mac: Pulled lobster meat mixed with cheesy macaroni and topped with seasoned bread crumbs. Served with roasted brussels sprouts.
