Action Stations

Omelet Station: Omelets made to order with baby shrimp, crab meat, ground sausage, bacon bits, diced ham, onions, green and red bell peppers, mushrooms, spinach, diced avocado, shredded cheddar cheese, shredded Mozzarella and Swiss.

The Waffle: Belgium waffles made to order with melted butter, hot maple syrup, strawberry compote, and whipped cream

Brunch Menu

Carrie Ethel’s Brunch: Bacon, sausage, roast beef with mushroom gravy, fried chicken wings, scrambled eggs, grits, potatoes with onions, cheese blintz topped strawberries, steamed broccoli, mixed fruit, assorted muffins and Danish. Assorted cakes, and pies along with coffee, tea, orange juice, and grapefruit juice.

The Kentucky Derby: Smoked ham with redeye gravy, hot brown casserole, barbecued chicken, Kentucky Burgoo, scrambled eggs, potatoes with onions, fried cabbage, macaroni and cheese, mixed fruit, assorted muffins and Danish. Derby pie, along with coffee, tea, orange juice and grapefruit juice.

All The Way Up: Crispy bacon and sausage patties, lamb chops with hunter sauce, Creole shrimp and grits, scrambled eggs, Parmesan souffle potatoes, collard greens, candied yams, mixed fruit, assorted muffins, and Danish. Bourbon peach cobbler, banana pudding along with coffee, tea, orange juice, and grapefruit juice.
